This includes an air conditioning repair that covers capacitor checks, refrigerant checks, voltage checks, amp checks of major components and motors, as well as wiring and cleaning the condenser coils. Trust our heat cool services for optimal HVAC performance!

1 Fall Tune-up ~ Our Heat and Air Company ensures that all major components of the heating system are thoroughly checked. This includes a blower motor capacitor check, refrigerant check (if it's a heat pump), gas pressure check, ignitor check, flame sensor check, pressure switch check/cleanout, voltage check, and amp check of major components and motors. Additionally, we will inspect the wiring, and if it's a heat pump, a defrost board check will be performed. Every consecutive year you are a member of HCS, the price for our heat cool services will drop by $5 annually until it reaches $100 per year. For instance, if you are using our HVAC installation services, your costs would be as follows: 1st year = $125, 2nd year = $120, 3rd year = $115, 4th year = $110, 5th year = $105, and from the 6th year onward, it will remain at $100. This is a great incentive for our loyal customers, especially if you need air conditioning repair or other services from our Heat and Air Company.
