~Fall Tune-up~

1 Fall Tune-up ~ Checking all major components of the Heating end of the system. Blower motor Capacitor check, Refrigerant check( If Heat-pump), Gas pressure check, Ignitor check, Flame sensor check, Pressure switch check/ cleanout, Voltage check, Amp Check of major components & motors, Wiring and if a heat-pump a defrost board check !

Every consecutive year you are a HCS member the price will drop 5$ per year until it reaches 100$/ per year. Example (1st Yr = 125$, 2nd yr =120$, 3rd yr = 115$, 4th yr = 110$, 5th yr = 105$, 6th yr and on =100$)
